Return Policy:
- AfroSmoke.com provides you up to 7 days after receiving your item(s) to express any return or replacement concerns, provided that these concerns are not due to your own action and negligence. - Any items that have been used and are not in new and original condition may not be returned. - If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, there will be a 5% restocking fee. - If you wish to return or exchange your order within 7 days after receiving it, there will be a 15% restocking fee. This is used to cover our shipping, handling and processing costs. - You have to contact us prior to sending your item back. If we have not been contacted and a product is returned it will be refused and we will ship it back to sender. - Packages that are un-deliverable, marked "return to sender" by the Post Office and get returned to our office will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. This is used to cover our shipping, handling and processing costs. We also offer the option to re-send the order to a correct address, with signature confirmation, at your expense. - We make sure we package every order very well to prevent damage or breakage and broken glass on arrival is very rare, but if it does happen: If an item arrives damaged or broken, you have to contact us within 24 hours (email or phone) after delivery to start a claim. |
